About this competition:
Because of the time limitation on the sports hall the "normal" full length games with teams playing twice per day are not possible. All teams will play every other team with matches 2 x 25 minutes. Half time will be 5 minutes and we allow 2 time-outs per team.

If scores are level, then 5 minutes golden goal extra time will be used followed by sudden-death penalties. As usual, 3 points are awarded for a win in normal time, 2 or a win after extra time or penalties, 1 for a loss after extra time or penalties and 0 for a loss in normal time.

Two teams will qualify for the final round scheduled to be held in Lisbon from 10-12 January 2008.
